Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' to make your purchase. You will need to signup for an account, input your billing and shipping details, make a payment and agree to our terms and conditions. If you have any trouble please call us at 206 632-1601.

Taxes

Washington state sales taxes apply on all orders shipped within Washington state.

Payment

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from Europe or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency. We only ship to locations within the United States of America.

We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Back-ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.

Order Confirmation

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping and Handling

We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will immediately ship all in-stock items, and will ship the back-ordered item as soon as it becomes available. We will make any additional shipment(s), until your order is complete, with no additional shipping, processing or handling charges assessed for those subsequent shipments.

Delivery Schedule

We currently offer FedEx 3-7 Day Ground Service (Delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse. Please allow additional time for Rural addresses or deliveries to Military APO/FPO addresses.

Due to the weight of our items and the associated high costs of Air Shipping we are not set up to regularly offer Express Delivery services (Overnight/Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day Guaranteed Delivery options). The only exception for this policy is during the week before the Christmas Holiday on December 25th when all orders made before 12 Noon PST on December 22nd are guaranteed to be delivered by December 25th.
Back Orders: If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Credit Card Security

When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction.

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please return it in New Condition and in its Original Packaging. Within the first 30 days we will replace your item or refund the product price at your option. After 30 days, we will repair or replace your item our discretion. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable and all returns, with the exception of defective products, noted in the first 30 days from when you receive the item, must be returned Prepaid and Insured to our Warehouse.
