If you are not completely satisﬁed with your purchase, please return it in New Condition and in its Original Packaging. Within the ﬁrst 30 days we will replace your item or refund the product price at your option. After 30 days, we will repair or replace your item at our discretion. Shipping and Handling costs are not refundable and all returns, with the exception of defective products, noted in the ﬁrst 30 days from when you receive the item, must be returned Prepaid and Insured to our Warehouse.

Making a Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have ﬁnished your selection, click on 'Checkout' to make your purchase. You will need to input your billing and shipping details, make a payment and agree to our terms and conditions. If you have any trouble please call us at 206-632-1601.
Orders Placed by 1 pm (PST) will be shipped out the same day - after 1 pm (PST) will be shipped out the next business day; Orders placed after 1 pm (PST) on Fridays will be shipped on the following Monday. Shipping Cost per order is $5.00. Unfortunately, no orders can be shipped outside of the United States or to P.O. Boxes.
We attempt to only accept orders for items that are currently in stock. In the unusual event that an order is placed for an item that is not in stock, we will contact you via the email address provided on your order. If we don’t receive a reply with in 3 business days, we will immediately ship all in-stock items and any back-ordered item will be cancelled.
Washington state sales taxes apply on all orders shipped within Washington state.
We accept credit card payment. We only ship to locations within the United States of America.
We accept Visa and MasterCard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship, although your bank may put a hold on these funds, we do not charge until shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When conﬁrmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you ﬁrst to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We currently offer FedEx 3-5 Business Day Ground Service (Delivery time is calculated from the time the order leaves our warehouse). Please allow additional time for rural addresses or deliveries to Military APO/FPO addresses.
Due to the weight of our items and the associated high costs of Air Shipping we are not set up to regularly offer Express Delivery services (Overnight/Next Day, 2-Day or 3-Day Guaranteed Delivery options).
Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
